Most Days Promotions

Remember that your use of Most Days’ Services is at all times subject to our{' '} Terms of Use , which incorporates this Promotions page. Any terms we use in this page without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use. 

From time to time, Most Days may allow you to offer certain promotions to your friends who are not users of our Services (“Invitees”).

1. Our Services are available at rates subject to different price tiers, set forth in our Paid Services{' '} page . 
2. When you purchase a subscription to our Services, we currently provide you the option to send complimentary subscriptions to Invitees (the “Giftable Subscriptions”).
3. We currently provide the Giftable Subscriptions as a code (“Code”).
4. Invitees may redeem their Giftable Subscription by entering the Code on our website.
5. The number of times you may share the Code varies based on your subscription tier. Please visit our Paid Services{' '} page {' '} to see how many times you may share the Code based on your current price tier.
6. Currently, you may share the Code for as long as you have an active subscription with Most Days. 
7. If you use the Services through a fee trial, and cancel your trial, we may terminate the Invitees’ complimentary access to the Services. Invitees will need to visit our Paid Services{' '} page {' '} in order to re-activate their Account.
8. If you are currently a paying member of the Services, and cancel or suspend the Services, we will terminate the Invitees’ complimentary access to the Services. Invitees will need to visit our Paid Services{' '} page {' '} in order to re-activate their Account.
9. Currently, when you renew your subscription, we will provide you with the ability to provide the Giftable Subscriptions to additional Invitees.
10. If you, or your Invitees, use the Giftable Subscriptions in any unfair, abusive, or deceptive way, we will cancel your access and your Invitees’ access to the Services. We will not provide a refund.

Most Days Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate any special offers at any time and to revoke from you or Invitee the special offer at Most Days’ discretion for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.
